SCOPE OF WORK

  • Logo and Naming

  • Brand Identity

  • Copywriting

  • Environmental Design

  • Publication Design

  • Concept Development

The Obstacle

Younger generations are running out of affordable, accessible ways to socialize. Venues like TopGolf and axe throwing have carved out the social competition space, but they come with a learning curve — you have to pick up an entirely new physical skill just to have fun. That barrier is a real deterrent for a casual night out.

The Read

Football is already one of the most universally understood sports in America. Everyone knows what a throw looks like, what a catch feels like. A venue built around that shared muscle memory could deliver the social atmosphere of a bar, the accessibility of a backyard game of catch, and the price point of a bowling alley — without asking anyone to learn something new first.

The play

The Gridiron is a virtual reality football complex designed as an accessible social competition venue for young adults in northeast suburban markets near NFL cities. The brand identity leans into clean, aeronautic visuals with sci-fi elements — extending the classic quarterback "taking flight" metaphor into rocketry and final frontier imagery. Deliverables included an ad campaign, spatial and environmental design mockups, a tabletop book, a website, a table tent, and a social media presence, all unified under the tagline: Take Flight With Us.
